Recruiting Associate - HITT Futures Program

HITT Contracting is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join our Futures Program team which serves as a management training program for young professionals. The ideal candidate is highly creative and passionate about career development and corporate responsibility. The Recruiting Associate will be responsible for recruiting administration, onboarding coordination, and execution of Futures-related programming. This role requires the ability to build lasting and impactful relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the national career fair outreach strategy through managing the seasonal event schedule, booking travel, shipping materials, and serving as a liaison to University Career Service departments
  • Maintain the requisition management process for Futures positions such as interns and entry-level Project Engineers roles
  • Coordinate and support onboarding processes including offer letters, new hire paperwork, drug screening, I-9 verification, Orientation, etc. for Future Program positions 
  • Assist the Futures Manager with organization of performance reviews, survey data, expenses, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to produce program branding, promotional items, and recruiting graphics
  • Contribute to HITT’s 10-week Summer Internship Experience through onboarding, curriculum implementation, program communications, review process scheduling, event management, offboarding, etc.
  • Provide nationwide support of the Futures Program to ensure consistency and oversight across all regional and satellite offices
  • Implement programming to enhance engagement, engage in corporate responsibility, and show appreciation for Futures Program participants by working closely with internal teams to coordinate and host events / trainings
  • Deliver Recruitment-wide administrative support on an as-needed basis to ensure a quality candidate experience companywide
  • Travel on a minimal basis domestically for career fairs and volunteer activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Architect, Engineer, or Contractor (A/E/C) experience a plus
  • Experience with logistical programming required
  • Experience with an ATS required, Handshake and / or campus employer portals preferred
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of fundamental HR principles and practices
  • Keen attention to detail with ability to track and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information
  • Eagerness to integrate into a family-oriented, entrepreneurial, and highly demanding work environment
