The HITT Futures Program first began as a management training program in 2005 designed to equip new college graduates with basic field experience necessary to establish a strong foundation for their construction careers. Now over 10 years later, Construction Interns and Project Engineers start their careers with HITT and represent our dedication to future generations of happy, healthy, successful HITT leaders. Focusing on mentorship, hands on learning, professional development, and personal growth, the structured program provides a fast track to promotion and success.
The HITT Futures Leadership program focuses on continuing education as evident by each phase of the Futures Program.
