Associate, HR Analyst

The Associate HR Analyst will be primarily responsible for administering the company’s performance management system. This individual will provide various metrics, reports, and analysis to broaden senior leadership and management’s understanding of individual and organizational performance to inform their decision-making. The associate will structure vast amounts of complex data and deliver highly descriptive reports to include actionable assessments and data visualization.


  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in all aspects of the Performance Review System (PRS) and process to provide end-user support and necessary training
  • Track, analyze and display metrics tied to the PRS including year-over-year comparisons of 360 surveys, performance evaluations, and compensation data
  • Coordinate and monitor companywide PRS calendar and communications
  • Survey administration to include HRIS file transfer, end-user support, managing internal clients and external consultants
  • Gather, catalog and analyze feedback to improve system efficiency, process and ease of use
  • Administer the promotions process including submission review and presentation to stakeholders
  • Initiate standard and ad-hoc analysis and metrics reporting with ability to troubleshoot
  • Assist in preparation of written and oral presentations and proposals for leadership
  • Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders on other data-centric specialized projects


  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of two (2) years in analyst role
  • Knowledge of talent processes (e.g., performance management, succession planning, promotion, and selection) preferred
  • Demonstrated qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
  • Ability to evaluate data sets and design analysis utilizing frequency, correlation, and regression techniques to transform data into actionable insights
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with exemplary Excel skills to include v-lookup, complex formulas and pivot tables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of management
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • Possesses a professional, team member-focused attitude and a strong understanding of confidentiality
  • Displays strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and requires minimal direction in achieving goals
